Created and developed an application for automatic generation of
the LPG Supply Yearbook on MS Excel from the LPG Almanac on MS Access
- a project for Sulpetro Inc. The LPG Almanac and NGL Supply
Yearbook are distributed to the energy industry in Canada and the USA.
Analyzed, coded and automatically created an Excel application with
Detail of NGL Extraction at Gas Processing Plants for all provinces
in Canada and all states in the USA.
Designed and devoloped customized Excel spreadsheet templates with initial
results and printer friendly version, including all headers, footers,
totals information and automatic page numbering. Created a special user
form to accept certain data and transfer specific information from the
form to the worksheets.

Wizard - a project for Carmanah Technologies Corp. The purpose of this
project was to quote any number of signs based on various factors, such
as: type of sign, sign dimensions, extrusion colors, mounting system,
LED types and artwork evaluation.
Created
sophisticated Quotation form with all needed calculations by using VBA
Class Modules, Property Procedures and Functions, ActiveX Data Objects

Oracle PL/SQL Developer and Systems Analyst
Participated in analyzing and developing EDI application (E-Business
- Interline Train Sheet Information) - project for CP Railway. The purpose
of this project is an automated process of exchanging inbound and outbound
information with foreign railroads about expected train arrivals at
various interchange points.
Designed, coded, tested and documented Oracle portion of the Application
Server using Oracle PL/SQL programming (specifically Quest's SQL Navigator)
and largely developing PL/SQL packages, stored procedures and functions,
cursors and triggers (Oracle8i Enterprise Edition Release 8.1.7 in HP-UX
11 environment). Tested and verified application data covering all events
within the specified parameters. Used Common Error Log facility to capture
error messages, warnings and bad data.
Actively involved in analysis, coding, testing, and reviewing Shell
scripts, MQs, Pro*C and C portion of Application Server and Data Server
in combination with Common Module Data Server on HP-UX 11 platform.
Participated in all phases of the EDI project working closely with Business
Analysts, Data Architects and other Developers.

Database Analyst and Senior Systems Developer
Responsible for one of the most complex and challenging areas of
the CIMS (Contract Information Management System) Enhancement project
for TransCanada - Create and Approve Termswap Applications (changes
to the terms and volumes on customer contracts to flow gas on the Alberta
portion of the TransCanada pipelines).
Designed, coded and performed code reviews/walkthroughs - enhanced existing
Omnis 7.3 code, re-designed and created new procedures for the application,
built complex spreadsheets (in EXCEL format), reports and RTF documents
sent out to the customers.
Performed analysis of database objects, their relationships and optimal
joins required for modules identified for the project and improved processes
for creating and approving Termswap applications. Re-defined database
views used by the system and improved numerous SQL queries, applied
Batch SQL Transactions to the application which rapidly speeded up the
Create and Approve Termswap processes. The CIMS Enhancement application
worked in both Oracle and DB2 environments.
Participated in specification generation by working with Business and
Project Analysts, Recovered specifications from existing code into system
documents, readable not only by the user Community but also by other
developers. Prepared unit and functional test cases for various areas
of the CIMS Enhancement project and created for them the adequate documents.

Ltd.) AFS was a part of already existing large application called CIMS

Maintained seismic, land and well databases implemented in VAX RDB
using SQL and VAX Pascal /RDO. Responsible for data update, data loading
software, and data maintenance routines written in Pascal for VAX RDB.
Created Spatial Data Files (SDF) for P.I. Culture/Grid environments
and converted them to Argus comma delimited (CSV) format with help of
Spatial Data Loader. Created indexes and built SQL queries to extract
